Order Process top

Step 1

Choose the way you want to pay (REF : Order & Billing)

Step 2

After comfirmed your payment, we will mail out your package within 36~48 hrs
(Not include weekend and holidays)

Step 3

We will email you upon the package shipping out, you will receive a traking number if you mail address located in North America

Step 4

We won't mark the CD with tittle and actor, just a sticker with a number on it. You will receive an order notification with a list match the number on the sticker to its movie title . If you lose the email we will send you again.

All package are mail by priority mail in most case.
*Package to China,Australia and Europe are mail by airmail ONLY
*Package to apartment are mail by airmail with registered mail in most case

How long does shipping take? top

• Parcel delivers 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5 - 10 business days nationally between major Canadian centres
  
• Shipping to U.S. by Air service; there is a service expectation of 4-14 business days to most U.S.A. destinations.
• International --there is a service expectation of 10-14 business days to most international destinations.
  

Will I get tracking number? top

It depends, we send your package by priority mail, only package to Canada and USA might have tracking number, you can track your package here.We won't responsible for package with tracking number losing winthin your local courier system

How are items packed before shipping? top

All VCDs are burned on quanlity CD-Rs and placed in cd envelope,pack in envelopes with bubble-wrap padding inside.
We won't mark the CD with tittle and actor, just a sticker with a number on it. You will receive an order notification with a list match the number on the sticker to its movie title . If you lose the email we will send you again.

Refund/Exchange Policy top

• No Cash refund
• No item exchange that already heve "Note" ( Glitches,watermark or Chinese subtittle,..ect) .
• Email us for return service address and instruction.

If you receive a defective item, it will be replaced with the same title only, within 21 days only after order.

The package and its damaged contents are to be returned to us by the customer,we will shipping out the replacement after received returns. Return shipping costs will be full on to the customer.

Package Lost / Package Resend Policy

"LOST Package" never happened and will not happen either....
Just in case....will follow this policy

(1) Package with track number

Since you can track your package on the web,we won't take any resposibility after package enter you country,so if you lost the package in your country and ask resend there will be "full order amount + Shipping + Send by Registered Mail"

(2)Package without track number

After sending "Mail Notification" ,if you don't receive the package within 30 days, you may ask we send the package again, the processing fee will be " 50% of full order amount + Shipping +Send By Registered Mail"
(It looks unresonable,But this case never happen and will not happen either.)
